Surface Preparation Mixing Surface must be structurally sound. Remove all deteriorated concrete, dirt, oil, grease, curing compounds, coatings and allbond-inhibiting materials from surface. New concrete and masonry surfaces must be cured 28 days. Preparation work should be done by high-pressure water blast, or other appropriate mechanical means to obtain a clean, exposed aggregate surface. Saturate surface with clean water. Substrate should be saturated surface dry with no standing water during application. Follow the surface preparation directions for the product in which Boscocem SBRis being used as an admixture. Bonding slurry: Amixture of 1 : 1 . Boscocem SBR : OPC (by volume) bonding slurry is prepared and mixed in a clean container until a creamy brush consistency is obtained. Mix onlythe amount that can be used within the working life ofthe product. Polymer admixture for mortars: With mixer running, add measured quantity of Boscocem SBR, water, OPC, sand and aggregate depending on type of application (refer to the following mix designs for batching proportions). Mix to desired consistency.

Application procedure
Fast setting water plug
Apply to leakage area, remove loose material and clear it properly
Add bostik plug into water in ratio 3:1 by volume
Mix to a stiff paste consistency
Apply on leakage area and hold it with pressure for 2-3 minutes till plug leak hardness.
Repeat the above procedure to plug the entire leak.

Identify the leakage area, remove loose material and clean properly. Areas treated with product must be free ofdust and anyforeign matterpriorto topping application. Add Bostik Plug Leak into water in the ratio of 3:1 by volume.

Read and understand the Safety Data Sheet before using this product. SDS can be acquired by visiting or by scanning the relevant QR code on pack.The substrate surface must be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, curing compound or any loose materials. It must be mechanically abraded back to a sound concrete surface. Bolts or anchor holes must be clean and free from dust or loose material. This can be achieved by blowing clean the hole. Base plates must be cleared of all rust, oil or grease. It is essential to provide air pressure relief holes for venting. Pre-Soaking It is essential to pre-soak the concrete substrate prior to application of Bostik Flowfill Grout GP. Pre-soak substrate with water for a minimum of 6 hours prior to grouting. Immediately before pouring, the excess water should be removed. In the case of bolt/anchor holes, the holes must be blown out to ensure no traces of free water are present whilst grouting. Formwork Formwork must be constructed to facilitate rapid and continuous filling, whilst remaining leak proof and water tight. Foam rubber strips or suitable sealants underneath the formwork are recommended. Unrestrained Surface As Bostik Flowfill Grout GP is an expanding grout, it is advisable not to have any unrestrained areas. Low Temperature Working At temperatures below 5°C the cure rate and strength development rate will be dramatically reduced. If early strength is required, it is advisable to use heated water and condition Bostik Flowfill Grout GP to 25°C. Do not exceed this temperature. High Temperature Working At temperatures above 30ºC, it is advisable to use water below 20ºC when mixing grout. All materials must be kept cool and away from direct sunlight. If practical, the installation area should be shaded by erecting shade
