LATICRETE®DWA 215 Modified PU Adhesive PRODUCT DESCRIPTION LATICRETE®DWA 215 is a modified Polyurethane Adhesive designed for the installation of ceramic tile, vitrified tile, Glass Mosaic Tiles and natural stone on most drywall boards and clean dry cement based surfaces. LATICRETE®DWA 215 Modified PU Adhesive is a factory made pail consisting of pre-blended single component adhesive which is ready to use. Application For commercial and residential installations of Glass Mosaic Tiles, ceramic tile, vitrified tile and natural stone over most drywall boards and clean cement based surfaces. Used where installations must resist physical abuse, shock, and mild chemicals. The surface to be leveled must comply with the principles
of building construction and should fulfill the structural
requirements. Any crack, pot holes joints etc should be
properly sealed and cured. The surface to be treated
should be free from all coatings dust and unsound
concrete toppings and surface homogeneous mix, the
properly mixed compound should be poured on to the
surface and leveled by using of squeegees or broad
brushes For layers less than or the same as 20 mm thick,
concrete and cement screeds are to be primed with
AquArm Uniprime GE / AquArm Uniprimer K, FloArm
Soloplan-30M is applied as soon as the primer has dried.
We recommend to allow the primer coat to completely
dry out (approx. 6- 12 hours) as the absorption capacity
of the surface is minimized and the flow behavior of floarm soloplan-30mm maintained.
