DESCRIPTION
SikaTop-107 Seal Plus IN is a flexible, two part, high
performance acrylic polymer modified cementitious li-
quid applied waterproofing coating system. It com-
prises of a liquid polymer and a cement based mix in-
corporating special admixtures. It is applied to con-
crete and mortar to prevent water infiltration with
flexibility. It is available in a user friendly pre-packed
kit form.
USES
Waterproofing applications for various structures
such as:
Raw water concrete tanks, reservoirs, waste water
tanks

Terraces, balconies, sunshades, etc.
Flat and small roofs
Basement and retaining walls
Swimming pools, fountains, water bodies, canals
RCC gutters, drains and planter boxes

Interior and exterior waterproofing and damp-proof-
ing of concrete, cementitious rendering, brickwork

Protection of concrete structures against the effects
of de-icing salts and freeze-thaw attack

Sealing fine static cracks in concrete structures not
subject to movement

Sealing internal basement walls against dampness

DESCRIPTION
Sikadur-31 IN is a solvent-free, moisture tolerant,
thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and repair
mortar, based on epoxy resins and special fillers, de-
signed for use at temperatures between +10C and
+40C.
